Booth rental

General information

Nicosia Book Fest 2026 will take place on the weekend of October 9-11 at the Acropolis Park in Strovolos.

KIOSK RENTAL

Authors can rent booths for the weekend of October 10-11 for promotion, book sales and public contact.

Please indicate your preferred location for your stand (Children's book area, adult book area)
The repayment period is completed within one month of confirmation of availability.

The participation cost is set at €65 per day. Each booth (3m X 3m) is allocated equally to two authors.

Participation in the Nicosia Book Fest

Authors have the opportunity to rent space at a festival booth in order to:

Present and promote their activities or publications
Sell books
Communicate directly with the Festival's wide readershipEach author is allocated half a stand.

Technical specifications of half a booth:

Overall dimensions: 2.75 m (L) × 2.75 m (W) × 1.90 m (H)

Equipment for each author: 2 tables (180 × 60 cm), 2 chairs, electricity supply, lighting

Priority will be given on a first-come, first-served basis.
