11:45

DISCUSSION

with Sandra Eleftheriou, Yannis Economides, Chryso Charalambous

Short description:

How crucial is the role of the illustrator in the creation of a book? Is he a visible creator or a silent companion? At this event, Cypriot illustrators talk about their art, collaborations with authors and publishers, the balance between personal style and the needs of the text. Illustration is highlighted as a creative act that narrates, enriches and transforms the reader's experience.
