Dimitris Sotakis has published the novels: The Green Door (2002), The Dissonance (2005), The Corn Man (2007), The Miracle of Breathing (2009), The Death of Humans (2012), The Resurrection of Michael Jackson (2014), The Story of a Supermarket (2015), The Cannibal Who Ate a Romanian (2017), The Great Servant (2019), Half a Heart (2022), The Bitter Truth (2025). The Miracle of Breathing won the Athens Prize for Literature and was nominated for the European Prize for Literature, as well as the Jean Monnet Prize in France. Half a Heart, the fifth work translated into French by Dimitris Sotakis, was awarded the Prix Méditerranée Étranger 2025, for its French edition Demi-cœur (Intervalles editions, translation: Françoise Bienfait). His books are published in French, Turkish, Serbian, Dutch, Italian, Danish, Arabic, Chinese, etc.


Ariadne Moschona , head of the publishing department of Kedros Publications

Ariadne Moschona was born in Athens, spent much of her childhood in Brussels and studied Greek literature in Athens. She has been head of the children's department at Kedros Publishing since 1999. For the last ten years, she has been collaborating with authors of adult literature on the publication of their books. She also translates books from French and English for Polis, Psychogios, Kedros, and Off the Line.
