He was born in 1979 in Nicosia and has published three books:

• “Don’t Write Arthur” (Short Story), Polis Publications, 2025, Klepsydra Prose Award 2026, to be published in French

• “What is a Plain” (Short Story), Polis Publications, 2021, Greek State Short Story-Short Story Award, translated into French, Ukrainian and Serbian

• “Necessary Beauty” (Short Stories) The Rose, 2017, Cyprus State Short Story/Novel Award, translated into Serbian.

Her work has been presented at international literary festivals, including the Marseille (2025), Paris (2025), Copenhagen Jewish Culture Festival (2024), Gothenburg (2024), Athens-Epidaurus (2023), Chania (2022) and Budapest (2021) festivals.


Marina Economidou was born in Nicosia, she is a political analyst, columnist and commentator at the Alpha news station since 2025. She served as director of the newspaper "Kathimerini Kyprou" from 2021 to 2025, while previously she worked as the newspaper's political editor.

He is a graduate of the Department of Political and Social Sciences of the University of Cyprus. He holds a diploma in French Language and French Literature from the University of Paris IV – Sorbonne, as well as a postgraduate degree in Political and Social Communication from the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne.
