SUMMARY
The presentation is inspired by the book "Mystery in the Mediterranean" (Teleia Publications, 2025). Its aim is to engage children in interactive games and participatory activities, helping them discover the secrets of the book. The presentation is aimed at children aged 7-12.


BRIEF CV
Dimitra Charalambous was born in Nicosia. She has a bachelor's and master's degree in Educational Sciences and has been teaching in primary schools, enjoying every school year equally for more than twenty years.
Parga Publications publishes her books "The Stolen Treasure" (2012), "PEN-7 on a Secret Mission" (2014) and "The Adventures of a Musician" (2016). In 2018, Kokkini Klosti Demeni Publications published her book "The Hidden", while in 2023, the same publishing house published her book "On the Road to School". Telia Publications publishes her books "The Fantastic Journeys of Emilia" (2019), "Mystery in the Aegean" (2020) and "The Sixth Riddle" (2024). Her teenage novel "Forever Z" (2021) is published by Kedros Publishing House, and her mystery book "Chrysis and the Mysterious Triple Disappearance" (2023) is published by Hellinoekdotiki. In 2024, her award-winning fairy tale "The Secret of Regina" was published by the Costas and Rita Severis Foundation.
Her books have been shortlisted for State Awards, while her works have been distinguished by the Women's Literary Society and the Cyprus Children's Book Association. She is Cyprus' nominee for the International Children's Literature Award Astrid Lindgren Memorial Award (ALMA) 2025.
He is actively involved in the field of children's literature, implementing reading and creative writing activities aimed at children and teachers.
