SUMMARY
"Remember to (not) eat", by Stevie Tsoutsi
A theatrical monologue about women's emotional overeating and aphasia. How do emotions and the pressure of everyday life that creates them affect the relationship with food? What is the role of the oppressive mirror in our lives and how does the "perfect" defined by society and social media affect women? With humor, dynamism and truths, this monologue comes to criticize the ills of a society that only knows how to critically point the finger and help women learn to block toxicities and seek - and find - their personal "perfect".
