Meet Mathias Énard

📖 One of the most significant voices of contemporary French literature comes to Cyprus.

Mathias Énard, acclaimed French novelist and recipient of the Prix Goncourt, has captivated international audiences with his powerful narratives that bridge East and West, history and modernity. His works, including Compass (Boussole), Zone, and Tell Them of Battles, Kings and Elephants, explore themes of cultural exchange, exile, memory, and the shared heritage of civilizations.

At Nicosia Book Fest 2025, Énard will present his literary journey, offering insights into his writing process and the inspirations behind his award-winning novels. This is a unique opportunity to engage with an author whose storytelling dismantles borders and invites readers to reflect on identity, migration, and the power of literature to connect worlds.
