Description
The goal of the presentation is for children to come into contact with a fairy tale that presents the negative consequences of bullying and promotes diversity. Through 6 stations, children will be invited to analyze the fairy tale, identifying structural elements, making visual interventions and presenting the events as they are depicted.
It is aimed at ages 6-13.


Short Biography
Marilyn Zannetou was born in London in 1985 and raised in Cyprus. She works as a teacher in primary schools.
In 2016, she published her first book, a collection of short stories entitled “Instantaneous Tales of a Voluntary Reality” (Ocelot Publications) and in 2017, she published the children’s book “The Alien Brainbox of Alexander”. In 2024, she published the poetry collection “Last Remaining” (En Typois Publications) as well as the poetry collection “Ano Telea” (Universal Journeys Publications).
Her poems, short stories and poetry collections have won awards in various literary competitions both domestically and internationally.
She has organized various literary workshops in elementary schools centered on her children's book, "The Otherworldly Mind of Alexander," as well as presentations within the framework of reading activities concerning the journey from writing to publishing, where the path an author follows to publish a book is explained in an interactive way.
"Alexander's Alien Mindset" is a book that promotes diversity and how each person, with their beliefs, interests, and uniqueness, can contribute their own little bit to the world.
