Colorful travels and travel colors

12:45

INTERACTIVE WORKSHOP 🇫🇷

with Karin Petevi

Action description

The author invites young and old to join her on stage to travel and discover together how Metis acquired the six colors he has on his wings! What is hidden behind each of his journeys? If you want to know too, come on stage with us! A joyful exploration of linguistic and cultural diversity, full of color and creativity!

If you love foreign languages, I would like to present you with a book that will tell you its story, not in one, not two, but in four foreign languages. French, English, Spanish and Creole. Karin Petevi wrote a story about six colors that correspond to six journeys. Metis, a colorful bird, explains to Tish, who is a pure white bird, where the different colors of his feathers come from. So what is hidden in the blue, green, yellow, orange, purple and red of Metis's journey around the world? Very interesting, multilingual edition. It includes points with a lot of dialogue between the birds, points that promote communication in each language and help the reader discover words and phrases in other languages, enriching his vocabulary. At the same time, this story functions as a crossroads of cultures. It is a multicultural look at the world and diversity that essentially enriches our existence.
