🔍The world-famous author, good friend of Nicosia Book Fest and "father" of the beloved Detective Cluz will be present at the festival to meet the famous detective's little friends up close! He will chat with them, sign books and take photos with everyone who wants to keep this magical meeting in their memory.
With him, Cluj returns full of new adventures, blunders and… cases to solve. Come help him – who knows, you might become his next assistant!
🎭 At the same time, the Piccolo theater group will bring one of Cluj's exciting adventures to life through an interactive theatrical play! Children actively participate, solving puzzles, helping with investigations and taking on the role of detective - because every case needs smart assistants!
Jurgen Banscherus was born in 1949 in Remscheid and wanted to become a pianist. In the meantime, however, he began to write very successful children's and teenage books. He is not at all upset that he did not succeed in becoming a pianist. He lives with his wife and two children in the Ruhr area. His series A Case for Detective Clue has been translated into 21 languages and has sold over 1,500,000 copies. In 2010, he was awarded the Annette-von-Droste-Hulshoff Prize for his work.
