Children's Stage

At the festival, we are creating a specially designed area for children's literature presentations and literary activities for children, which will operate in parallel with the programme for adults.

Wanting to further enhance the content and quality of the activities we present in the Children's Stage, we are issuing an open invitation to people who wish to submit a proposal for a presentation on the stage. A total of 18 children's presentations are presented during the two-day weekend of the festival.

About the proposals

Proposals can be submitted by authors, educators, children's entertainers, artists who wish to present a 40-minute program inspired by the children's book on the children's stage of the festival.

We encourage that the mode of presentation be interactive and creative and include various media (for example music, creative constructions, dance, drama, presentations, knowledge game workshops).

We look forward to working with you to promote the book and its creators even higher in the consciousness of the reading public by offering quality actions with educational but at the same time entertaining content.

When submitting your proposal, please note that the Children's Tent in 2024 will be set up on a slightly raised platform (about 50 cm) measuring 7 X 4 meters. A microphone system will be provided with the ability to use both wireless microphones and lice. In the case of the use of musical instruments, the necessary wiring is provided after consultation, while the musical instruments are the responsibility of the presenters.

Please also note that individuals or entities selected to present on the Children's Stage will be solely responsible for the sale of their books upon completion of their presentation. For this purpose, those chosen should take care to secure copies of their edition, for the transfer of the books to the venue and their sale within the duration of their presentation.
